Refund policy

At Bazzaz Couture, every piece is created with precision, care, and a commitment to refined craftsmanship. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer exchanges or returns under the following terms.

Exchange & Return Window

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Fees

Original shipping fees and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
An exchange or return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, Bazzaz Couture will cover all related costs.

International Orders

For international purchases, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

In the case of a confirmed defect or shipping error, the item value will be refunded or a replacement will be arranged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please visit the Manage Requests page.
Select the reason for your request and upload clear photos if required.

All requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.

After Approval

Approved items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases at Bazzaz Couture.
